The 10th Annual Meeting of the American Society for Cellular and Computational Toxicology (ASCCT), being held virtually October 12-14, aims to promote toxicology testing and research that reduces and replaces the use of animals. As part of this meeting, Dr. Ruchir Shah will present recent work on best practices for benchmark dose (BMD) analysis of toxicogenomic data and discuss findings from extensive transcriptional dose response analysis using BMDExpress2.3 and rigorous statistical analysis of simulated datasets to share findings on study design and analysis choices.
